As a lifelong athlete, early adopter of yoga, and human anatomy and physiology nerd, I’ve been curious about yoga, nutrition, health and wellness for as long as I can remember.

After experiencing substantial weight gain in college fueled by obsessive exercising, restrictive eating habits and binge drinking, it wasn’t until I was in the 9-5 world and experienced a major health scare that I began to focus on managing stress and improving my relationship to myself to fix my health.

Integrating stress management with eating and exercise habits that fueled my body versus punish it coupled with a better relationship with myself monumentally changed how my body looks, how I feel about it and, most importantly, my quality of life and how I show up as a mom.

After 4 pregnancies, 50+ pounds of weight gain and loss each time, learning to love my body again along with the stress of motherhood, work, loss and life, I can confidently say that the system I started to implement in my twenties and adjusted for motherhood in my thirties has set me up for success in my forties, fifties and beyond.

I am here to tell you that if I can do it, so can you.

The key is small incremental changes so when life throws you a curveball, you're not thrown too far off course.
